How is the incident response designed?

There is a Service Level Agreement for DataverseNL. Incidents can be reported by phone or email ticket. (support@dataverse.nl) See paragraph 6 of the SLA on Incident Management.


For the Data Stations, incidents can be reported by e-mail: info@dans.knaw.nl. This will result in a ticket in our support system. All tickets will be reviewed and prioritised accordingly.
