Can an institution claim a backup in case of user errors, e.g., if a user accidentally deletes a draft dataset?

Accidentally deleting a draft is not so easy. To delete a draft, you have to deliberately click the delete button, and then also confirm the message that the dataset is actually deleted.
Using the backup in case of user errors is not possible because the Data Stations and DataverseNL are shared services. If we have to restore a previous version, the additions of datasets after the last backup from other depositors will be lost.
